Structure & Working Principle
This small poultry slaughtering line mainly consists of:
l Main frame structure
l Overhead conveyor system (slaughtering line)
l Bleeding tank
l Scalding machine
l Vertical A-type defeathering machine
l Evisceration chute
l Auxiliary stainless steel components
Working Process:
1. Live Bird Hanging
2. Workers hang live chickens onto the overhead conveyor hooks, which transport birds along the slaughter line. Manual Slaughter & Bleeding
3. At the slaughtering station, chickens are manually slaughtered. Blood is collected into the stainless steel bleeding tank below for hygienic handling. Scalding Process
4. After bleeding, carcasses enter the scalding machine, where controlled temperature and time ensure optimal feather loosening. Defeathering
5. Birds are transferred to the A-type vertical defeathering machine, achieving efficient feather removal through multiple plucking units. Evisceration
6. After defeathering, carcasses move to the evisceration station, where internal organs are manually removed. Final Collection
Processed carcasses are removed from the conveyor and placed into containers for further processing or chilling.
