Crate Washer
Crate Washing Machine is a key component in modern poultry processing equipment, specially designed for cleaning and sanitizing living bird crates in chicken slaughtering machine lines and poultry slaughterhouses.
During operation, crates move forward under the drive of a conveying chain and are thoroughly washed by high-temperature, high-pressure spraying water. The used water passes through a rolling filter to remove solid residues, then flows into a water tank for recirculation by a centrifugal water pump—ensuring efficient and hygienic cleaning, fully meeting the needs of slaughterhouse equipment and meat processing plants.
